Hello everyone,
Here is a little tip for updating Microsoft Teams meeting. Let’s say you want to add an unexpected attendee after sending your meeting request, if you do so inside of your Microsoft Teams calendar, every attendees will receive an update.
When those update notifications are not necessary, I encourage you to update your meeting from your Outlook calendar. Likewise a normal meeting, you will have the choice to notify only added or deleted attendees :

I am pretty sure this popup will appear at some point when you update meetings inside of your Microsoft Teams calendar, till then, you know this little tip.
